SPEED REVIEW (SUMMARY)
The Mighty vaporizer is the full package. Its vapor quality surpasses that of every other portable vaporizer on the market. It is quite literally everything that you want it to be: smooth, pure, delicious, dense, and plentiful. If you want to blow some super tasty clouds in the air, look no further because this is the best portable vapor producer on the market at this time. In addition, it offers some of the best digital temperature controls we've seen in a portable, a battery life that extends well beyond our daily demands, and it can vaporize just about anything you put in it - from dried blends to liquid concentrates, it handles it all. But there are a couple of downsides. For one, it's large. Not quite your pocket-friendly vape, but definitely something that'll fit in a backpack or purse. And then there's the price tag, which is anything but inexpensive. But for those who can afford it and don't mind its size, it's the best portable vaporizer there is. We highly recommend it. Temperature
The Mighty’s big and bright LED display and large temperature adjustment buttons make it easy to take control of its powerful internal heating element, which is capable of heating all the way up to 410 degrees Fahrenheit. Not as hot as you were hoping for? Don’t even worry about it because unlike most of the other vapes, it doesn’t require high temperatures to produce insanely thick and potent clouds of tasty vapor. In fact, its vapor quality is on par with that of the best high-end plugin/desktop vaporizers. Yeah, it’s that good.
On the low end of the spectrum, the Mighty is capable of operating at just 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40°C), giving it a range that spans from 104°F all the way up to 410°F. More than enough range to find the temperatures best suited to both you and your blends.
Heat Up Time
The Mighty heat up time clocks in at about 1.5 minutes, but it can take as long as 2 minutes to reach the desired vaping temperature. This is about average and so in this regard, it could definitely stand to see some improvement. However, taking into account its quality of vapor production, we’re hardly complaining about its about average heat up time.
Battery Life
When it come to battery life, the Mighty does quite well for itself with its two 2668 mAh lithium-ion batteries, which is one more than its sibling, the Crafty. Unfortunately, this has a negative impact on its portability due to the increase in size of the device, which we’ll talk about more in the next section. Still, this translates into roughly 8 sessions, or about 90 to 120 minutes of continuous vaporization. Which is way more than enough time to make it through the day for us and what we assume is most users. The only downside here is that it doesn’t offer USB charging like the Crafty, however, its wall charger is capable of fully recharging it in about 2 hours. Not bad given how long it lasts. Outside of this, we do have one issue with its design and that’s the fact that the batteries are not designed to be easily replaced by the user. Subsequently, when it comes time to replace the batteries, which will happen eventually, the vape has to be serviced by its manufacturer, which could prove to be costly. Still, given that it’s capable of vaping for up to 2 hours straight and recharging in the same amount of time, we’re definitely not complaining about what its batteries are capable of. Very solid in this regard.
Weight & Size
This is one area where we take issue with the Mighty. If it were smaller, it’d be undoubtedly the unrivaled champion of the portable vaporizers, but as it stands, it’s a bit too big for a carry-around. Realistically, you probably won’t be putting it in a pocket, unless it’s a big pocket. This isn’t to say that it’s enormous by any means, only that it’s not all that compact in comparison to other portables and is hardly pocket-friendly in comparison to vapes like the Pax 3 and DaVinci IQ. But the reason why it’s so big, about twice the size of the Crafty, is due in part to its extended battery life. Where the Crafty is powered by just one lithium-ion battery, the Mighty is powered by two and is subsequently capable of vaping for that much longer between charges. It also offers built-in digital temperature controls, something the Crafty is lacking, which makes it that much easier to use and control.
Its exact dimensions are 5.5 inches tall, 3.2 inches wide, and 1.2 inches deep. Small enough for a pocket? Probably not, but if you have a bag or purse that you want to toss it in or perhaps a large jacket pocket, then you’re all set. When you take into account how well it works (very well) and the fact that its vapor production is on par with if not better than the best desktop vaporizers, it’s pretty easy to overlook its somewhat cumbersome size. As a home-use vaporizer, it’s awesome. As a portable, well, its size is definitely a setback but for those who can get passed this, it’s one of the best options available.
Problems
Our primary concerns with this problem-free vaporizer by the world renown vape manufacturer Storz & Bickel are its larger than we’d prefer size and lack of discretion. It’s certainly not the most stealth vape we’ve come across and it’s definitely not the smallest, but it is the most powerful. Outside of this, our only real complaint with it is its auto-shutoff feature, which is a little annoying. Once you start vaping, this feature will automatically shut the heating element off after 60 seconds. While this might seem like a nice safety feature, which it is, we find it a little annoying given that we have to press the button every 50 seconds or so to ensure that it stays on while we’re in the middle of a session. Outside of this, we really don’t have any issue with this vape and the fact of the matter is, this minor annoyance is well worth overlooking given how well the vape works.
Cleaning & Maintenance
In order to maintain optimal flavor and airflow, you’ll want to clean your Mighty fairly regularly. We suggest cleaning it about every month or so, assuming you use it often. The entire cleaning process takes less than an hour and isn’t all that difficult. You basically take it apart, soak some of the pieces in isopropyl alcohol for about 45 minutes, rinse them, dry them, and then reattach them. You’ll also want to use the orange scraper tool that it comes with to remove any bits of debris that have collected over time. And for the mouthpiece, a simple pipe cleaner will do the trick. That’s really all there is to it. Do this regularly or when it calls for it and it’ll continue to treat you well.

- Use the dosing caps to quickly load your blend when it’s time to vape. By loading them up with your blend ahead of time, you can save some time and effort when it comes time to fire it up and get your vape on.
- To vaporize a small amount of blend, use the mesh screen known as the Liquid Pad to take up the extra space in the oven. This will ensure even vaporization of your blend without any issue.
- To prevent accidentally spilling your blend during the loading process, use the filling tool that it comes with. It works great and it’ll make sure your blend lands in the vape’s oven and not on your floor.
- Clean the cooling unit regularly as failure to do so will have a negative impact on the vapor’s taste as well as the airflow.

Each and every single Mighty ships with the vaporizer itself, a liquid pad for vaping concentrates, a power adapter, grinder, cleaning brush, some spare screens, spare seal rings, instructions, and a little tool called the filling aid, which is surprisingly useful. Beyond this, the only accessory that we really suggest you pick up if you buy a Mighty vaporizer is its car charger, which is obviously quite useful if you spend a lot of time on the road. In addition, there is one more accessory that a lot of you might find useful as it can prove to be a real time saver when it comes time to vape, especially if you intend on vaping through multiple fully packed ovens in a single session and that accessory is the Mighty Magazine, which comes with 8 dosing capsules that can be used to preload your blend to expedite the load time. While not necessary, some of you may find benefit in using it, which is why we take note of its existence, in case you weren’t already aware. But the car charger is really a must have accessory because it’ll help ensure that you’ve always got juice in your batteries when you’re trying to get your vape on.

Mighty vapes are covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, which is actually pretty standard in the vaporizer industry. But what’s not standard is Storz & Bickel’s commitment to their customers and products, which goes above and beyond what’s necessary – or at least, that’s been our experience every time we’ve needed them.
Vapor Quality
When it comes to vapor quality, this is one area where the Mighty excels above all other portable vaporizers that we’ve tested. It is quite literally the best vapor producer on the market, as far as portables are concerned. In fact, it’s so good that it puts many of the desktop/plugin vaporizers out there to shame. Its vapor is extremely dense, abundantly plentiful, pure, and delicious. And thanks to its cooling unit, which is attached to its mouthpiece, its never hot, always cool. In other words, the vapor that it produces is absolutely phenomenal. And the best part is that no matter how you use it, you’re bound to get top notch vapor out of it. What we mean by this is that you can pack it lightly, ground your material finely, or stuff coarse material in there and no matter how you do it, it’s always going to perform exceptionally well. This is basically idiot-proof in this regard as it takes no special insight to use properly. Regardless of how you pack it, it’s going to outperform just about every vaporizer on the market — with very few exceptions, none of which are portable. In other words, this is quite literally the best portable vaporizer on the market as far as vapor quality is concerned.
And when it comes to draw resistance, another variable to consider, its performance is exceptional as there is virtually no draw resistance whatsoever. So you won’t ever feel like you’re sucking through a straw with this one, just a whole bunch of easily accessible, pure, and delicious vapor that pumps out on demand. Awesome is perhaps the easiest way to describe it. Absolutely awesome.
Final Thoughts
The Mighty could have been smaller, but then it might as well be the Crafty. For those who aren’t terribly concerned with its size, it is one of the best options out there. It offers digital temperature controls that are incredibly easy to use, a large oven capable of holding a significant amount of blend, the ability to vaporize concentrates as well as dry blends, and a quality of vapor that is unrivaled by other portables on the market. For the connoisseur that’s looking to get the best that money can buy, this is quite literally it. This is the vape you’ve been looking for. The best of the best. But there is a catch beyond its somewhat clumsy and not all that portable size and that’s its price tag. It’s definitely not the cheapest. But as the saying goes, if you want quality you’re going to have to pay for it and that’s exactly the case with this vape.
